About our event

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is an enjoyable program that incorporates classes once

a week for 16 weeks, along with home practice. It helps to improve muscular strength,

flexibility, balance, and stamina.  All movements are adaptable to meet your needs, allowing you to remain in your comfort zone.

Movements may be performed seated or standing.  This is a FREE 16-week class, meeting for one hour weekly.
